Oxford Properties has big plans for a fitness centre, grocery store, and retail shops across many amenities inside its more than 60,000 square feet. Plans for a playroom and other social areas are being considered. Right now, you’ll see many spaces prepping for these big changes to welcome a forecasted 20 million visitors per year.
The MetroCentre Concourse is located near John and Wellington inside the Entertainment District.
