THE PATH

Stay Warm and Dry!

The best hack for the cold and rain is Toronto’s underground PATH system; our very own subterranean world complete with almost 30km of walkways, shops and food courts. In fact, the Guinness Book of World Records notes it as the longest underground shopping complex in the world.

What’s It Like In There?

It is brightly lit, with many towering marbled sections, airy atriums, skylight spaces and garden oases.

Where Does it Lead?

The PATH connects a lot of our popular attractions and neighbourhoods such as the Eaton Centre, Yorkville, Roy Thompson Hall, The Theatre District, City Hall, Scotiabank Arena, Dundas Square…all while sporting our T-shirts in the middle of February.

Confused? We Can Help!

Because these maze-like routes can disorient its travellers, using the PATH App to navigate is a great hack.
