We’re at Toronto’s Kinton Ramen location on Harbour Street and because Torontonians claim their miso ramen is very close to the authentic Japanese original, we had to check it out. This is one of 11 Kinton Ramen locations in the downtown core.

Japanese Owner and Chef
The original owner and executive chef is Aki Urata, a Japanese chef who started his ramen culinary experiences at the age of 19.
Their menu offers a wide range of Japanese cuisine and drinks.
This miso broth features, tender pork and garlic oil lending hearty, savory, bold flavours.
And the popular Golden Sesame? Topped with seasoned pork, marinated egg, spinach, chili oil and shredded chili peppers. Perfect with thick noodles.
