Thanks to my-toronto followers for reporting that the new tunnel connecting the east don trails to the lower don trail is now complete! Taking us under the train tracks through this newly opened cement tunnel. This leads to a picturesque and beautiful path system through the Don Valley over rivers, suspended high among the treetops. We’re so excited about this new connection, we’re going to explore it again.
This combined length offers a substantial route for walking, cycling, and other recreation. Enjoy adventuring and meandering through this exciting new expansion of Toronto’s don valley trail system.
