It conveys an industrial tree trunk, with holes that were seemingly pecked at by two giant, metal birds. You’ll be sure to spot them: vibrant and neon-bright, clinging to the steel.
The piece is called “Woodpecker Column,” from 1997 by Canadian artists FASTWÜRMS.
