It’s no secret that filmmakers love to dress Toronto up like American cities, such as the very popular show “Suits” starring Patrick J. Adams and Meghan Markle. It does a great job transforming our beloved Bay Street into Manhattan, so it may be tough to spot.
While the show uses many Toronto locations, the most popular is the Bay-Adelaide Center in the financial district. The base of this tower is instantly recognizable as it is the backdrop for all scenes that take place around the lobby of Pearson Hardman. The tower’s rear backs onto Temperance street, where you will find the setting for many bagel stand scenes as well as the Cloud Gardens (another notable filming location).
In real life, this tower is open to the public. The lower level contains food vendors and shops all connected to the city’s underground PATH system.
