Designed by landscape architect, Claude Cormier, its colour was inspired by Yorkville Fire Hall #10.

The fountain is a bold contrast against the modern towers in the background and was intentionally oversized in order to please both street viewers and those from above.

Give Up?

This sculpture erected in 2012 stands prominently before the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences on the corner of Yorkville and Bay Avenues.

The project was developed by Bay-Yorkville Developments Ltd that included Alcion Ventures, Menkes Developments and Lifetime Homes.
