It Features 2 16-storey towers and Inspired by the waves of Lake Ontario. Residents have been calling it home since March of 2025.
It was designed by Denmark’s 3XN along with Kirkor Architects.

It’s the Aqualuna. During the Aqualuna’s build, it used locally sourced and recycled construction materials. Its gracefully curving, scalloped floors and copper coloured railings catch the light of Lake Ontario herself.
