Toronto has many sitting spaces for its locals and The Terrace at 120 Adelaide St. West does not disappoint this summer.
Located in the heart of the financial district, The Terrace is a public space created by Oxford Properties at its Richmond Adelaide Centre Tower. Honoring the city’s summer patio vibes, they are happy to host passersby with live music every Wednesday with a new artist featured every week.
On June 26th, Musician Joel Lewczynski (a regular on the roster) played to a welcoming crowd stopping in for lunch or a coffee.
There were definitely eager office workers getting in on the scene, smartly swapping the indoors for an outdoor workspace with a backdrop of music, fresh air and sunshine.
Oxford Properties continues to be a company that gives back in artful and creative ways to the cityscape of Toronto. The Terrace made a large footprint on the Toronto scene when they invested in the sculpture, “Dreaming”, by Spanish artist Jaume Plensa in 2020.
