MISSED THE BANKSY EXHIBIT? VISIT TORONTO’S TWO ORIGINALS
Banksy’s secret overnight stay in 2010 left behind several pieces throughout Toronto, but most have since been painted over or removed. Our city has smartly preserved two of this world-renowned graffiti artist’s pieces:
#1: POLICEMAN WITH BALLOON ANIMAL
Appearing on the former Ontario Provincial Police Headquarters, it is now located in the PATH near the corner of York and Lakeshore.
#2: MEN ONLOOKING
This smaller piece in its original location is tucked in an alley on the west side of Church Street, north of The Esplanade (behind the Goose Island Brew House).
